Frequently Asked Questions

Is the initial shop audit really free?

The initial shop audit is completely free and without obligation. We’ll simply get to know each other in a video call and see whether and how I can help you.

If we’re not the right fit or you don’t have the right mindset, I won’t pitch you an offer. That actually happens in most cases. So no matter how the call ends, you’ll still leave with more clarity about your brand, your current situation, and the biggest untapped opportunities in your business.

Afterwards, you can decide for yourself whether you’d like to work with me or not. And don’t worry - I won’t call you 10 times afterwards trying to pressure you into anything. Promise.

I'm not using Shopify. Can I still book an audit?

Absolutely. The audit isn't limited to Shopify stores. Whether you're using Wix, WooCommerce, Squarespace or another e-commerce platform, we can still review your store together and identify opportunities to improve your customer journey, conversion rate and marketing.

If Shopify turns out to be the right long-term solution for your business, I'm happy to explain why during the call - but there's absolutely no pressure to switch immediately.

Do I need to switch to Shopify?

No. The goal of the audit is to improve your business - not to sell you a different platform.

If you're already getting sales on your current platform, we'll first focus on the improvements that will have the biggest impact. If moving to Shopify makes sense later on, we can discuss it when the time is right.

How much does it cost?

The initial shop audit is completely free and without obligation. During the audit, we’ll take a look at your store, identify growth opportunities, and see whether I’m actually the right fit for your business.

After that, I’ll transparently walk you through my pricing and explain what kind of collaboration would make the most sense for your current stage.

How much time do I need for the collaboration?

We all know it: founders usually have way too much work and not enough time. Most store owners spend their time on tasks that don’t actually move the business forward or increase sales.

That’s exactly what we want to change. I’ll help you optimize your workflow, focus on the things that actually matter, and stop wasting time on low-impact tasks.

You really don’t need endless amounts of time for the collaboration - around 10 to 15 hours per week is usually enough.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?

I’m not a traditional agency or freelancer. Instead, I work more like an external growth partner for your e-commerce business.

Together, we create a clear roadmap tailored specifically to your goals, your brand, and your current stage. I’ll show you exactly what steps to take, what to prioritize, and guide you step by step through the implementation process.

How does the collaboration work?

The collaboration starts with an in-depth onboarding session where we create a detailed roadmap together and identify quick wins that can already improve your business from day one.

After that, I’ll support you closely throughout the process with clear guidance, feedback, and ongoing strategy support. You can book 1:1 video calls with me weekly, and I’ll help you step by step with the implementation.

You’ll also get access to my network of trusted partners and tools.

When can I expect to see the first results?

Even the free shop audit can already give you valuable insights and actionable improvements.

Once we start implementing the right changes consistently, we can usually see the first positive results within a few weeks. In many cases, stores already experience noticeable growth during the first months of working together.

Who is the consulting for?

Requirements for working together:

  1. Your products are aimed at end customers (B2C).
  2. You care about building a high-quality brand and selling genuinely good products.
  3. You’re willing to invest the necessary capital into growing your business.
  4. You’re passionate about your products and your brand.
  5. You’re willing to invest time, energy, and work into growing your business.
Who is the consulting NOT for?

You’re probably not the right fit if...

...you don’t have products yet and are still looking for a product idea.

...your products are primarily aimed at other businesses (B2B).

...you want to sell cheap low-quality dropshipping products from China.

...you’re just looking for a “get rich quick” business.

...you want to outsource everything immediately without investing your own time and effort into the brand.

Dropshipping itself is not necessarily a problem. But ideally, your supplier should be based in Europe - or even better, directly in your local market - so your customers receive their orders within just a few business days.
